Kabarnya, toko mainan Hamleys dibangun pada tahun 1760. Toko yang terdiri dari 7 lantai ini berlokasi di jalan Regent, London. Dari permainan edukatif, action figures, permainan digital, kuda-kudaan, boneka, hingga mainan tradisional khas Inggris, ada di tempat ini. Mainan berukuran kecil sampai sebesar tubuh manusia dewasa, ada juga, lho! Tidak hanya jualan mainan, tapi ada pula aktivitas. Misalnya kuis dan pertunjukan boneka.

Toko mainan yang berlokasi di Tokyo ini, aktif sejak tahun 1946. Toko tersebut punya 80 cabang di seantero Jepang. Bagi penggemar Hello Kitty, Kiddy Land menyediakan tempat khusus. Bahkan, orang dewasa pun akan betah berlama-lama di sini. Wah!
